Who are we?
Florida bardominiums is the brainchild of our founder Joseph Elliot Craft III and works in partnership with his construction business JC III Builders LLC. Joe has been building since 1998 when he was just 18 years old. Check out his Bio to learn more. Florida Barndominiums was founded to draw in a different type of clientele. Joe would get sporadic calls about building a Barndo as they are becoming ever more popular and wanted to corner the market and create a site to answer all your questions as well as share the info, we discover along the way. The site will be getting new info and pics regularly so check back often.
Meet our founder Joseph Elliot Craft III
Joe was born in Jacksonville AR, on June 16th of 1980. He grew up on a small family farm and showed livestock at the local county fair. He was introduced to Barndominiums in early 2000 while working for Gann Construction. The demand for barndos was few and far between so most of what Joe built was single family homes hundreds of single family homes and some commercial. See our gallery. In 2015 Joe and his family moved to Florida to live full time and shortly after decided to become a licensed General contractor (CGC1527619) in the State. While doing research to build a Barndo for himself Joe encountered several other people that either wanted to build Barndos or recently had. After talking to many different people with varying knowledge of barndos He decided it was time to chase his true passion and founded Florida Barndominiums LLC with the desire to not only accrue the type of construction jobs he was truly passionate about but help others see that you can afford to build a home in this market. The idea has always fascinated him and he wanted a way to corner the market and so Florida Barndominiums LLC was born.
